These terms and conditions are applied and an integral part of any contract of sale unless otherwise agreed between the parties forming it.
Shipping in charge of the customer buyer, any risk or damage to goods will be assumed by him.
Shipping which is the responsibility of TECNOPOL SISTEMAS SL, risk and damage of goods, are assumed provide the following clauses:
Cracks, dents and defects observed during delivery time, shall be notified to the transport company before goods accepting and communicated in writing to TECNOPOL SISTEMAS SL before 24h.
The delay in supplies behaves no compensation of any kind, either cancel the order once loaded the transport company.
Returns will not be accepted unless previously agreed. All returns must be accepted by the company after product checking. The material and the product must be in perfect conditions. In any case, the customer must pay 10% of the value of the product delivered as regard unpacking and / or stock. It not will be accepted any material after one month from its delivery.
Any tax or excise, of whatever nature, imposed on business operations and will be the responsibility of the buyer, although they were eventually required the seller.
For any legal matter arising from the sale or derived therefrom, the parties expressly submit to Barcelona Courts expressly waiving any other court.
The amounts specified in this price list are all Ex Works
The shipping always will be assumed by the buyer.
TECNOFLOOR: Special colourations: for orders over than 350 kg, we shipped the product already pigmented without additional cost. For orders, less than 350 kg colourant PIGMENTS EP will be delivered and billed separately. Check delivery times.
TECNOTOP 2C / 2CP: Special colourations: for orders over than 340 kg, we will ship the product already pigmented without additional cost. For orders, less than 340 kg colourant PIGMENTS PU will be delivered and billed separately. Check delivery times.
TECNOTOP 2C / 2CP can add an additive to get satin finish in orders over 300 kg, Check prices.
TECNOTOP S-3000: Special colourations: for orders over than 450 kg, we will ship the product already pigmented without additional cost. For orders, less than 450 kg colourant PIGMENTS PU will be delivered and billed separately. Check delivery times.

VAT or other taxes are not included in this price list.
This price list cancels any other previously issued.
