TECNOFOAM I-2035 HFO is an injection polyurethane foam system for thermal insulation, is specifically formulated to apply foam with applied density around 35 to 45 kg/m ³.  Its application must be carried out by the specific reactor equipment by mixing Tecnofoam I-2035 HFO (polyol side) and Tecnofoam G-2049.I (isocyanate side). The blowing agent is HFO gas.

2. Protection layer

TECNOFOAM is an aromatic material and will need protection from external agents such as UV rays using TECNOTOP 2C.

If exterior waterproofing as protection against rain is required, apply TECNOCOAT P-2049 LV + TECNOTOP 2C.

2. Protection layer

To protect TECNOFOAM from contact with the stored contents it is necessary to apply TECNOCOAT P-2049, which in addition to providing high resistance to numerous chemical elements (please consult our technical department), is also officially certified as safe for use with food products, drinking water and alcohol.

It is made up of two high reactive liquid components, isocyanates and resins, mixed together using our specific spray equipment TC2049 or similar, to form a solid, continuous, watertight and waterproof, seamless, hard and elastic pure polyurea membrane, with high mechanical qualities. It has CE marking on the basis of a statement made DoP Declaration of Performance (DoP) conforms to the UE 305/2011 regulation.
